This Privacy Policy explains how Wooster Games (“we”, “us”, or “our”) processes personal information through Aura Farmer, including its creator-program website, dashboard, and Discord app. Aura Farmer supports the Animal Company creator program. This policy covers Aura Farmer, not the Animal Company game or unrelated services.

Privacy contact: animalcompanyvr@gmail.com. You can contact us without a Discord account.

With your permission through TikTok's user.info.stats scope, Aura Farmer also retrieves your current account-wide follower count and displays it in your dashboard and Discord Creator Stats reports. You can continue using video stats without granting follower-count access. For connected YouTube channels, Aura Farmer retrieves the current public subscriber count through the YouTube Data API and displays it in Discord Creator Stats. YouTube provides rounded public counts; hidden or unavailable counts are not treated as zero. These counts are separate from qualifying video views and do not affect creator tiers or rewards. Counts may be briefly cached with video-stat results (ten minutes by default); we do not create historical follower or subscriber snapshots or store these counts in the application database. Counts included in Discord reports remain in those messages unless separately removed.

1. Information We Collect

Discord information: user IDs, usernames or display names used in interactions, server membership, relevant roles, and supported account connections you authorize us to access. Account records are keyed by Discord user ID; a stats check does not currently create a permanent username directory.
Connected accounts: YouTube channel IDs and names; TikTok account identifiers, handles or display names; connection methods and status; and temporary ownership-verification codes.
Authorization records: access and refresh tokens, granted permissions, and expiry information where required. Stored authorization tokens are encrypted. We do not ask you to provide your Discord, Google, or TikTok password to Aura Farmer.
Public video information: video IDs, links, titles or descriptions, hashtags, publication dates, thumbnails, and available engagement counts, including views.
Creator-program records: video submissions, Discord message IDs, reactions, leaderboard and eligibility records, stats-check activity, and role-claim activity.
Events and ideas: event titles, descriptions, lobby details, hosts and co-hosts, timing and hosting credit; submitted event videos and credited actors, editors, and idea authors; idea-thread IDs and titles, archive notices, duplicate-thread choices, Taskbuddy roster records, and contribution reports.
Technical and support information: session identifiers, request and error information, and details you provide when contacting support. Infrastructure providers may process IP addresses, timestamps, and other connection information.

Aura Farmer’s current social-account connection and stats flow does not collect a Meta Quest username or password. Separate game-account or reward services have their own practices.

2. Where Information Comes From
Information comes from you, your Discord interactions and authorized connections, connected platforms, and public profiles or videos. Account ownership may be checked through platform authorization, a supported Discord connection, or a temporary verification code in a public profile. Connecting an account is optional, although some features require it. Verification establishes account control at that time, not your legal identity or age.

When enabled and authorized, TikTok Login Kit and Display API provide basic account information and public video information. Aura Farmer does not request permission to publish TikTok videos. Availability depends on platform approval and the app’s rollout. Where Google authorization is offered, the current connection flow identifies the YouTube channel and attempts to revoke the Google token afterward, rather than retaining it for ongoing channel access.

3. How We Use Information
We use information to connect accounts, show statistics, evaluate program eligibility, assign Discord roles, support video submissions and reactions, operate leaderboards, coordinate filming events, attribute contributions, maintain the ideas forum, prepare program recaps, respond to requests, and protect the service from misuse. Data may be refreshed when you use a feature or when scheduled program processing runs.

Stats and eligibility calculations can be automated. Staff may review participation and contribution reports, including Taskbuddy review flags. A review flag is not itself an automatic removal decision. Contact support if you believe a result or attribution is wrong.

We do not sell Aura Farmer connected-account data or use it for targeted advertising. We do not use connected-account permissions to buy advertising or publish to your social accounts.

4. Visibility and Sharing
Your dashboard requires sign-in, but participation is not entirely private. Stats reports, selected videos automatically posted after a stats check, submissions, credits, leaderboards, event announcements, lobby codes, and recaps may identify you and show channel names, video links, thumbnails, or statistics in Discord. Visibility depends on each channel’s permissions. Members may copy or share posts. Staff-only reports may contain additional program records.

We use Discord for community interactions and authorization, Railway for application and database hosting, YouTube API Services and TikTok services for supported integrations, and Apify for configured public-profile or video retrieval. These providers receive information needed for their functions, such as a channel identifier sent for a stats lookup. Authorized program staff may access records for administration and support. We may also disclose information where legally required or reasonably necessary to address fraud, security incidents, or threats to people’s rights or safety.

5. Cookies and Security
The website uses necessary cookies for sign-in, account linking, and protection against unauthorized requests. Verification cookies last up to approximately ten minutes; dashboard session cookies last up to approximately thirty minutes. Logging out or restarting the service may end sessions sooner. Aura Farmer does not add advertising cookies; external authorization providers have their own cookie practices.

We use safeguards such as encrypted stored authorization tokens, authenticated dashboards, and ownership checks. No storage or transmission system is completely secure. Never put passwords, tokens, or sensitive personal details in public submissions, event fields, or support messages.

6. Retention
Connection and program records are stored in the application database and may persist across reporting periods, deployments, and restarts. Temporary sessions and verification codes expire; expiry of a code does not necessarily remove its database record immediately. Leaving the Discord server or becoming inactive does not currently trigger automatic deletion of all Aura Farmer records.

Retention depends on the record’s purpose, whether an account remains connected, support or deletion requests, program administration, security needs, and applicable requirements. Backups and operational logs may retain residual information after active records are removed, until those copies expire under the applicable storage settings. Contact us about retained information; we do not promise a fixed backup-deletion deadline here.

Archiving an idea thread is not deletion: its posts remain in Discord. Public posts and program history may require separate handling from account records.

7. Your Choices and Requests
Use Disconnect Accounts in Discord, or an available dashboard disconnect control, to remove the selected connection and associated records handled by that feature. Aura Farmer attempts to revoke stored platform authorization where applicable. Use Delete My Data for removal of account and associated records covered by that control from the active database.

These controls do not automatically erase all existing Discord messages, roles, third-party copies, or every moderation and shared-contribution record. For a complete request, including residual records or information about you in someone else’s submission, email animalcompanyvr@gmail.com. Deleting Aura Farmer data does not delete your social accounts or source videos.

You can revoke Google-authorized access through Google’s third-party connections settings, and manage TikTok and Discord authorizations in those platforms’ account settings. Revoking authorization is separate from requesting deletion of existing Aura Farmer records.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, or complain to a privacy authority. Contact us to exercise applicable rights. We may need reasonable proof of account control, but will not ask for your password. Withdrawal does not affect processing already lawfully performed.

8. Legal Bases and International Processing
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process information as necessary to provide requested services, with consent where required for optional access, for legitimate interests in running and securing the creator program subject to your rights, or to meet legal obligations. Providers and staff may process data outside your country. Applicable transfer requirements and safeguards depend on the locations and providers involved; contact us for details.

9. Children
Aura Farmer is not intended for children under 13 or anyone below a higher minimum age required by their location or the connected platform. Where legally required, a parent or guardian must authorize a minor’s use. Account linking is not age verification. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information contrary to these requirements so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

10. Changes and Contact
We may update this policy as the service or our practices change and will revise the date above. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law.
