Aura Farmer Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Aura Farmer, the creator-program website, dashboard, and Discord app operated by Wooster Games ("we", "us", or "our") for the Animal Company creator program. They do not replace the separate terms applicable to the Animal Company game.
By using Aura Farmer, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Information about our data practices is provided in the Aura Farmer Privacy Policy.
1. Who can participate
You must be at least 13 and meet any higher minimum age and account requirements applicable to you, Discord, and the social platforms you connect. If you are below the age at which you can agree to these Terms in your location, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to them on your behalf where legally permitted. You must also satisfy the creator program's published eligibility and server rules.
2. Accounts and authorization
Connect only accounts you own or are authorized to manage, and provide accurate information. Do not impersonate another creator, share access tokens, or bypass ownership verification. You are responsible for protecting your accounts and reporting suspected misuse to us.
When you authorize a platform connection, Aura Farmer uses the permissions shown during authorization to provide the relevant features. You can disconnect or revoke access as described in our Privacy Policy. Connection checks confirm account control at that time, not your age or real-world identity. TikTok features are available only where enabled and permitted by TikTok's approval and access requirements.
3. Statistics, roles, and rewards
Aura Farmer helps creators check eligible video statistics, submit videos, participate in leaderboards, coordinate events, and receive program-related Discord roles. Stats depend on third-party availability, retrieval limits, public visibility, and the selected reporting period. They may be delayed, incomplete, or change over time.
Where the program counts videos from a selected month, it uses qualifying publication dates and the public view totals available at retrieval; this is not necessarily the number of views earned during that month. Relevant hashtags, thresholds, and program rules are communicated through the program.
Connecting an account, hosting an event, submitting a video, or receiving contribution credit does not guarantee a tier, payment, in-game item, or other reward. Separate published eligibility and reward rules apply. Aura Farmer's Discord roles are distinct from delivery by game-account or reward systems. Contact support about incorrect results or missing rewards. We may correct errors and investigate manipulated participation without affecting rights you have under applicable law.
4. Your submissions and other people's rights
You retain your rights in your original ideas and content. By submitting a link, idea, event description, or contribution credit, you give us permission, to the extent you have the necessary rights, to display and share it within Aura Farmer and the creator program, including relevant Discord threads, announcements, highlights, and recaps. This permission is limited to operating and presenting the program; it does not transfer ownership or grant unrestricted commercial reuse of your videos.
Submit only content you are entitled to share. Obtain any permissions needed from people you film or credit, and attribute contributions accurately. A video link or contribution tag does not establish ownership, guarantee payment, or resolve disputes between participants. Do not post private personal information, credentials, or confidential material. Contact us to dispute a credit or request removal of program posts.
5. Conduct and forum moderation
Do not use Aura Farmer for harassment, discrimination, threats, illegal content, spam, misleading promotions, copyright infringement, fraudulent account linking, fake engagement, or attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to systems. Follow applicable platform rules and Discord channel rules.
The ideas forum is for concepts creators can film together. Aura Farmer may offer title-based duplicate suggestions and off-topic redirects. A duplicate suggestion is not an accusation of copying. Choosing to use an existing thread archives the newer thread; it does not move its replies or delete either thread. Quiet threads may be archived under the forum's published cleanup rules.
Program staff may review content and participation, correct records, restrict features, or suspend access for rule violations, security concerns, or legal requirements. Automated contribution-review flags support staff review and are not themselves automatic removal decisions. You can contact support to ask for a review.
6. Third-party services
Aura Farmer depends on third-party platforms and infrastructure. Their availability, API access, and rules can change. We do not control their accounts, content, or services. Their terms and policies apply separately.
Aura Farmer uses YouTube API Services. By using its YouTube-related features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. See also the Google Privacy Policy. Your use of Discord and TikTok remains subject to their respective terms. Aura Farmer is not endorsed or sponsored by TikTok, YouTube, Google, or Discord.
7. Availability and responsibility
We aim to provide a useful service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, complete statistics, or a particular audience, ranking, or reward outcome. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without additional warranties. Take reasonable care when relying on reports or participating in community filming.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or removes mandatory consumer protections and other rights you have under applicable law.
8. Ending use
You may stop using Aura Farmer and disconnect your accounts at any time. Data-deletion options and their limits are explained in the Privacy Policy. Disconnecting does not automatically remove existing Discord posts, roles, third-party copies, or your source videos.
We may change or discontinue features or end access for the reasons described above. Where reasonably practicable and appropriate, we will provide notice; urgent security, abuse, or legal issues may require immediate action. Ending access does not remove obligations or rights that by their nature should continue.
9. Updates and contact
We may revise these Terms and will update the date above. We will give notice of material changes and obtain additional agreement where required by applicable law. If you do not accept revised Terms, stop using the affected service.
